3 Education was created to design and deliver learning programmes that focus on safe work at height. At the heart of the company is the recognition that candidates need to be educated rather than simply sit and listen to a powerpoint presentation.

3 Education enjoys a reputation for delivering knowledge that is specifically geared to the candidate's needs. This is because we plan, educate and assess candidates' needs as part of our three stage learning programme.

We bring practical experiences to the classroom along with syndicate work and group exercises to maximise the learning process. We know that individuals learn more thoroughly when they “buy into the instructor”. This is why we only employ instructors that easily achieve the candidate “buy in”. Our instructors are PTTLS qualified.

The 3 stages in our learning programmes:

1. We will complete a needs analysis to confirm exactly what areas of learning are required. This will stimulate discussions on how to best educate candidates.

2. We deliver this learning through a bespoke course, off the shelf course, workshop, research exercise or a combination of all learning methods.

3. We provide detailed, written feedback to the client with recommendations for further learning. Candidates have access to onsite support in the following 6 months.

Man Safety Nets

Man Safety Nets are one way of dealing with height safety issues for those carrying out work activities in fall risk areas. They minimise the distance of the fall and minimise injury. The industry body for Safety Nets is FASET who publishes guidance, literature and training courses. FASET courses are only available through approved centres and trainers.
